- Sift matcha powder into a small bowl to avoid clumps. Add hot water and whisk until smooth and slightly foamy. Stir in the sweetener.

- Fill a 16 oz glass ¾ full with ice. Pour in the milk, then add the matcha mixture. Stir well to chill.

- In a blender, combine strawberries, heavy cream, milk, and sweetener. Blend until smooth and creamy.

- Gently pour the strawberry cream over the matcha latte to create a layered effect. Serve immediately.
Notes
Use coconut cream and plant-based milk for a vegan version. Chill the glass and use frozen strawberries for a thicker texture. You can blend all ingredients into a smoothie or freeze the sweet cream for a matcha strawberry ice cream.
