Ingredients

Matcha Cold Foam
  • 50 ml Heavy Whipping Cream at least 36% milkfat
  • 50 ml Whole Milk
  • 2 tsp Matcha Powder ceremonial-grade recommended
  • 0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Granulated Sugar adjust to taste

Equipment

  • Mason Jar
  • Handheld Frother

Method

  1. In a tall mason jar, add the heavy whipping cream, whole milk, matcha powder, vanilla extract, and sugar. Stir well to combine all the ingredients thoroughly.
  2. Using a handheld electric frother, blend the mixture until it becomes aerated and slightly foamy. Alternatively, seal the jar tightly and shake vigorously for about 30 seconds until bubbles appear on the surface.
  3. Spoon or pour the matcha cold foam over iced coffee, matcha latte, or any cold beverage of your choice. Enjoy immediately for the best texture!

Notes

To make a lighter version, replace the heavy cream with half-and-half or coconut cream. For a vegan option, use oat or almond milk. Customize with floral essences, fruit purees, or extra sweetness to your liking.
