Method
- Sift 1 tsp of matcha powder into a small bowl to prevent clumps. Add 2 tbsp hot water and whisk vigorously with a bamboo whisk in a W-motion until a smooth paste forms.

- Place one scoop of vanilla or green tea ice cream into a chilled glass or mug.

- Slowly pour the warm matcha paste over the ice cream. Let the hot and cold fusion create a creamy swirl.

- Top with whipped cream if desired and dust lightly with a pinch of matcha powder. Serve immediately.
Notes
Customize with toppings like crushed matcha cookies, honey drizzle, or fresh berries. For a 'dirty matcha', add a shot of hot espresso after the matcha.
