Ingredients

Base
  • 1 cup chilled club soda plain, low-sodium
  • 2 tbsp Lotus Energy Concentrate any variety: Clear, Pink, Blue, Coconut
  • 1 tbsp flavored syrup watermelon, raspberry, peach, blue raspberry, etc.
Optional Additions
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened oat milk or coconut cream for blended, creamy version
  • 1 tsp fresh lime juice for tropical variations

Equipment

  • 16 oz highball glass or mason jar
  • Long stirring spoon
  • Reusable straw

Method

  1. Fill a 16 oz glass halfway with fresh ice to keep carbonation strong and slow dilution.
  2. Pour 2 tbsp Lotus Energy Concentrate over the ice and stir gently 3–4 times to disperse.
  3. Add 1 tbsp flavored syrup and adjust to taste for bolder profiles.
  4. Slowly pour 1 cup chilled club soda down the side of the glass to preserve fizz. Fold gently with a spoon if needed rather than stirring vigorously.
  5. Insert a reusable straw and garnish as desired—lemon wheel, mint, berries, or edible flowers.

Notes

Consume immediately after mixing. For blended variations, combine all ingredients with ½ cup ice and pulse for 10–15 seconds. Lotus Concentrate contains caffeine (~80 mg); avoid late in the day if sensitive.
