  • 1-2 tbsp sugar-free drink mix powder stevia or monk fruit–sweetened only

  • 1/2 cup strong-brewed herbal tea substitute for half the hot water for added aroma
  • 1/4 tsp pure vanilla or peppermint extract adds depth without calories

Method
 

  1. Step 1: Bloom the Gelatin – In a medium bowl, pour the cold water and evenly sprinkle gelatin over the surface. Let it rest for 5 minutes until a spongy layer forms.
  2. Step 2: Dissolve with Hot Water – Pour hot water over the bloomed gelatin and whisk for 60–90 seconds until fully dissolved and clear.
  3. Step 3: Add Flavor – Whisk in 1 tablespoon of sugar-free drink mix. Taste and adjust with up to 1 more tablespoon if desired.
  4. Step 4: Chill – Pour into an 8x8-inch glass dish, cover lightly with paper towel, and refrigerate for 90 minutes (soft set) or 2–4 hours (firm cubes).
  5. Step 5: Portion and Store – Cut into 1-inch cubes, divide into 8 containers, and refrigerate up to 5 days. Consume before bedtime or during snack cravings.
