- Sift matcha powder into a small bowl. Add 60 ml of hot water (80°C) and whisk until frothy using a bamboo whisk or milk frother.

- Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. Pour 180 ml of chilled coconut water over the ice.

- Gently pour the prepared matcha over the back of a spoon onto the coconut water to create a layered effect.

- Optional: Add 1 tsp of natural sweetener and stir gently. Serve immediately with a reusable straw.

Notes
For the best taste and visual appeal, use high-quality matcha and additive-free coconut water. Try pink coconut water for extra antioxidants and a stunning look.
