  • 60 ml hot water 80°C/176°F
  • 180 ml chilled coconut water preferably additive-free
  • ice cubes
  • 1 tsp natural sweetener optional; such as honey, agave, or maple syrup

Method
 

  1. Sift matcha powder into a small bowl. Add 60 ml of hot water (80°C) and whisk until frothy using a bamboo whisk or milk frother.

  2. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes. Pour 180 ml of chilled coconut water over the ice.
