Ingredients

Base Ingredients
  • 3–5 grains Persian blue salt High-mineral salt; use less than 1/16 tsp for micro-dosing.
  • 1 cup filtered water Warm (105–115°F / 40–46°C)
Optional Enhancers
  • 1 tsp beetroot powder Optional; supports circulation via natural nitrates.
  • 300–600 mg Panax ginseng extract Optional; may support focus and stamina.
  • 1 tsp maca powder Optional adaptogen alternative to ginseng.
Variations
  • 1/4 lemon juice For citrus-ginger twist.
  • 1 slice fresh ginger Steep 2 minutes for aroma and flavor.

Equipment

  • Glass or cup
  • Spoon or small whisk

Method

  1. Step 1: Add 3–5 grains of Persian blue salt to a clean glass. Pour in 1 cup of warm filtered water and stir slowly for 20–30 seconds until fully dissolved. If you taste salt, you’ve used too much.
  2. Step 2: (Optional) Whisk in beetroot powder until smooth. Add ginseng or maca if desired, using a frother or small whisk to blend evenly.
  3. Step 3: Sip slowly over 5–7 minutes, ideally 15–30 minutes before light exercise, meditation, or mindful work.
  4. Optional Variation: Add 1/4 lemon juice and 1 thin slice of fresh ginger for a bright, anti-inflammatory morning version.

Notes

Use only 3–5 salt grains. More is not better. Sip slowly and never store for later use. Not intended for individuals with hypertension, kidney disease, or electrolyte disorders. Best enjoyed 1–2 times per week as part of a mindful wellness ritual.
